Mr. Speedy WBC Inchinnan. The name “Speedy” was reported in the Glasgow Herald. It is unclear if the true name was “Speed” and whether there was any relationship to the Cardington worker Les Speed. Mr. Speed or Speedy, of William Beardmore’s, flew on the second trial of R36 from Inchinnan to Pulham on April 2-3, 1921.
