Notice is hereby given of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Airship Heritage Trust.
The meeting will be held online via TEAMS. Those members wishing to participate in this virtual meeting should register their intent with the Membership Secretary and a Teams link will be emailed out to members beforehand.
Members who are unable to attend, please use the online membership Proxy voting form (click here) to submit your proxy vote.
Please note this will be a closed meeting; those who register their intention to participate will be emailed a formal initiation, bearing the TEAMS meeting reference and entry code, on the day before the event.
AGM Meeting Agenda
- Receive apologies for absence
- Approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (download here).
- Receive the Chairman’s Report
- Receive and adopt the Report and Accounts (download here) of the Council for the year to 31st December 2025.
- Election of Trustees in accordance with Articles 69 to 77
- Appoint Collett Hulance, Chartered Accountants of 40 Kimbolton Road, Bedford, MK40 2NR as the Reporting Accountants for the coming year.
- To transact any other business advised in writing to the Membership Secretary by Monday, 22nd June 2026.
