Henry W.Nevison London Correspondent for the Manchester Guardian. (B. 11 Oct 1856. D. 9 Nov 1941). Present on board the Ascot Races Traffic control flight, June 14, 1921. He helped found the Friends’ Ambulance Unit and was wounded when serving as a Correspondent during WWI in Gallipoli. He was a co-founder of the Men’s League for Women’s Suffrage; a staunch advocate in fighting for their right to vote.
