Brittain, Harry Sir, KBE, CMG; Conservative MP for Acton-Middlesex. (B. 24 Dec 1873, D. 9 Jul 1974).
A proponent of commercial airships who wrote glowingly of his experiences on R36 and R100 in his autobiography. Sir Brittain was present on a demonstration flight for Members of Parliament, the eighth flight on June 17, 1921.
